Alabama Music Hall of Famers Wet Willie featuring Jimmy Hall headline Tavern Fest 2020 in Old Alabama Town. Considered the biggest fundraiser for Landmarks Foundation of Montgomery, a non-profit historic advocacy organization, Tavern Fest 2020 is a street party on North Hull between Columbus and Jefferson Streets in Old Alabama Town. Lucas Tavern, the oldest building in Montgomery, is the impetus for this family friendly event in its 20th year.

Gates open at 5 p.m. and Souled Out Groove takes the stage at 6 p.m. This seven-piece ensemble is a local favorite and is expected to have the crowd on its feet right away. Wet Willie featuring Jimmy Hall takes the stage at 7:30 p.m.

Admission includes drink tickets for craft beers and there will be food trucks, too. No pets allowed. In case of inclement weather, the concert and festival will move to the entirely covered venue at The Train Shed at 210 Water Street in downtown Montgomery. Please verify the date of event here for confirmation on any such location change. Tickets are available here. (Photo Credit: Drew Stawin Photography)
